I GOT XP 32bit and 64bit which one do i use?

I had the same situation a while ago when I got both from my college on the cheap.

Go with the 32-bit. The 64-bit version is so plagued with incompatibilities and lack of support that it's just not worth it.

32. 64 is lacking in functioning drivers for some very basic things.
