what would you use to build a file server with atleast 200gig space 512mb and atleast a 9100/4200ti video card

i was looking at the 9100IGP boards seems like a good deal

roughly about $600 to spend including cd-roms.

im going to be using this as a dedicated file server and stepmania machine.(GO DDR!!!)
