I Got A Oblivion Problem

I need help I finished doing a main quest called Miscarand. I got out the dungeon and I couldnt fast travel or sleep kept sayin enimies are near by. Im sure there isnt an nearby. So i spent like 30 min lookin for the enemy there wasnt any. So I had to take my horse all the way back to cloud Ruler Temple and I gave Jauffre the gem. I cannot sleep or wait in game. Is there any way to fix this?

press the ~ key and type player.payfine and hit enter then close the console by pressing ~ again, you'll hear the music change from battlemusic to regular.

Martin doesn't follow you through any of the gates...
