I got a gigabyte 6600 GT and wanted to us the HDTV

I wanted to know if I could use the hdtv box that come with my video card to hook up my xbox to it so I can get 480p?

480p is the standard for the xbox and tv. I have the HDTV cable for my xbox going to my hdtv and i was suprised that theres only like 3 games that support hdtv right now anyway for xbox.

You wont get 480p without the hdtv hook ups you only get 480i some games do 720p I was hoping that the hdtv box that comes with my video card would work with my xbox.

AFAIK the HDTV box with your video card is for output only.

I believe only the MSI has video in and it is only standard 480i at that.
