I doubt it, but......

Can anyone tell me if you can OC a 2.2 Celeron with a Shuttle AV41P mobo? While I am highly skilled at building and setting up PCs I have NO knowledge whatsoever of OC. Any information is helpful. Thanks

BTW, the rest of my info is as follows......

Shuttle AV41P mobo 100 FSB - LOCKED (unfortunately)
2.2 celery northwood FSB100 with bus speed of 400 multiplier X 22.0 L1 Cache 8K (I know, SERIOUSLY time for an upgrade, but I gotta pay off some other stuff first) L2 cache 128K voltage is 1.520
Memory: DDR-SDRAM 768 megabytes frequency 100Mhz FSB : DRAM = 1:1
GFX card - Radeon 9800 64MB AGP 4x

Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated. The more I can squeeze out of this thing before I gotta pony up some $$$ the better
