I can't shake this Spyware

This is really pissing me off. I have ran spybot and ad-aware, yet this peice of spyware is still here. Neither programs pick it up, and its driving me insane. On my IE toolbar, I get this crap "fordownloadplatform" and it wont go away. Any ideas?
 
I've been trying since Friday to download HijackThis and the site has been down and all of the mirrors point back to the site, is there a working mirror anywhere? I'm on my sister's comp and of course I have been removing spyware, adware, MyDoom and redirects which have made their way onto two computers here :rolleyes: I can't find a working download link.....
