If I turn it on, my computer runs really slow and it take me forever to scroll through pages.
 
make sure you install your graphic card's drivers, sounds like what happens to me when im snaging my video drivers on a reinstall. I cant quite understand whats going on, your decription is pretty undescriptive.. like did you just reinstall windows, it wont enable in bios?? just install a BS application that made your computer as slow as a p1 133 mhz?
 
I dont know what happened. Ive been having major driver problems for awhile. Im running the latest drivers for my 9600xt right now. The internet works fine without hardware acceleration but I cant play anygames. Im getting a new video card for christmas. But id like to know the problem.
 
Try reseating your graphics card, and go back a driver version or two.
