Hey everybody...

So my previous HZ twin sticks died on me, got them RMA'd... but forgot the damn BIOS OC settings!

I have a Core 2 Duo E6600 currently overclocked to 3Ghz by means of a 1.425 VCore, 2.10V Mem Voltage, and 3-3-3-9-4-42-3-11-7-13 timings @ DDR2 667 with the CPU's FSB being 333, therefore running a 1:1 CPU - FSB ratio. What I want to ask is, which is better - running @ 4-4-4-12-4-42-3-11-7-13 timings @ DDR2 1000 or running @ 667 with the above 3-3-3-9 timings or @ DDR2 800 @ ??? timings ?

I'm just trying to figure out which speeds / timings is best for my E6600 to be run @ 3 Ghz. If anyone can provide input I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Higher RAM speed helped me more than tighter timings in things like (large) superpi tests and bandwidth tests, but real-world differences have yet to be noticed...
