Hyundai Q321, any thoughts?

I'm looking to get a 32" lcd tv to replace my old sylvania 27" crt that turned blue on me. I ran into this set which looks really promising.

I've heard reports that the lcd is provided by samsung, but thats only rumor as far as I know. I also have heard that the sound is provided by marantz, which makes sense because that company also sells this tv (only for more money and with their name on it), but thats less important to me.

I'm nearly sold on the set, but I dont really have any solid knowlege on it other than the pictures, specs and second hand knowlege. Does anyone have any solid information on this set or even hyundai products as a whole?

It's probably a Samsung panel, Hyundai really likes to use them.

I have no complaints about Hyundai units in general. I had a L90D+ for a year and it was an awesome monitor, and still rocks for it's new owner.
