I have an issue on my home setup with audio becoming choppy and sometimes just cutting off altogether. Restarting the RDP session solves the issue temporary but it always seems to come back. Frequency is intermittent and can show up right away or weeks later.

Server is a dual E5620 running three VM's on 2008r2. VM's are one secondary DC and two W7X64 guests. I am the only user and most of the heavy work is done on my older dual E5420 server. Clients I have tried include an Atom, core duo and core2 duo all running W7.

Any suggestions? I have tried just about every tweak I can find with no change in results.
