Does anyone know if this cooler will be compatible with new CPUs (sandybridge, etc.)?

If so, I would also like to get a second 120mm fan for the ultimate push/pull setup. And advice on which fan to get?
 
No one knows yet cause they haven't published the mounting specs. But the 21 pretty much fits everything so you've got a good chance it might be.

As far as fans, any fan with good static pressure will work well. GTs always come to mind although u probably wont be able to get ur hands on any for a while.
