Hydrocool 200 vs 200 EX? Difference?

I've read the [H] review of the Corsair Hydrocool 200 and other systems beat it out because the water block and radiator aren't so great. The system is also loud.

I have the opportunity to purchase a Hydrocool 200 EX. Is this much improved over the original? What has changed? How's the performance? I haven't found any sites that compare the two systems.
