HX520/E6600/NT06 lite? Will this work?

I currently have a SFF gaming rig in a Silverstone TJ08, but am unhappy with the case and would like to upgrade to an SG03. I don't want to invest in any hardware other than a new case and CPU cooler, but I have some concerns about whether or not everything will work together nicely.

Does anyone use a Corsair HX520 and NT06 lite to cool an E6600 in a SG03? If so, what are your temps? The HX520's fan spins very slowly (main reason why I bought it in the first place) which creates doubt in my mind if it'll work correctly with an NT06 lite and a hot CPU like the E6600...

I also have an XFX 7950GT that's passively cooled, does anyone know if it'll fit the SG03? It has a rather large heatsink on top.
