I just started doing DC again.. and i figured id try out FAH,, so i started up downloaded it and i noticed im getting a"supervillin gromacs core.. and its 5k frames and says its going to take 104d 3h to complete.. is this unusual? i dont remember WUs being so damn long.. 104d is a lot..
my sig tells my specs so it shouldnt be that long?.. just want to know some heads up.. also.. its only using 50% of my cpu? any ideas why or how to boost it up to 100?

Thanks in advance

you could use 2 instances of fah, but HT isnt really dual core so I think stanford prefers that you only use 1. Does the new smp windows client support p4 HT chips?

The calculations are usually not accurate untill you get a few frames done. Run it and check it in the morning to see what it really is

thanks man! :) after 150 frames it dropped down to a day :)

You will learn to hate the "superVillain" proteins soon enough like the rest of us. Notice my incorrect spelling which I did on purpose. Those things steal the life out of you for what few points they give.

But, glad to see you here and helping us.
