Alright. It was my first time overclocking.

I turned down the multi, and turned the FSB up to 205.
System crashed, so I reset CMOS, it opened up fine after that, So I set it back to 167FSB x 12.5
Anyway, When I went to save the BIOS it did the usual 'Don't Power Off!!!!'.
However with my luck, the power strip went out right as it came up. So when it booted up it was a black screen.
I reset CMOS again.

And now it's still BLACK.
Any idea what happened
 
well specs would be nice...

try unplugin the ps and plugin it back in, works for me sometimes.

are you sure your reseting the bios jumper and not some other one?? and how long are you doin it?
 
Take out the battery on ur mobo a for sure way to reset it make sure psu is unplugged from mobo also then try and reboot
 
Try pulling the cmos battery for a while. Also, try booting with the 'insert' key depressed.
 
I pulled the battery already, that didn't work. And I also tried the 'Insert' key. That didn't work either.
Do you think my BIOS chip fried?
