Ive got an e6300 with an hd2400 (spare parts) in an antec fusion. The cpu has a passive scythe mini ninja. I have 4 gigs of ram on Windows 7 64. It primarily streams via xbmc from another pc using home share. Gaming isnt a big priority.

It's occasionally struggling with hd content. It lools like HIS made a 6570 with ddr5 that was passive but so far only found the ddr3 variety.

Any other suggestions?

it has been a while since I updated my HTPCs and I know there was an issue a while back with Nvidia cards not bit streaming full uncompressed audio via HDMI

It is possible that is fixed, i just have not done my homework.
