need a board that does Dolby True HD, but other than that I'm open for suggestions. Thanks

If you had bothered reading anything from the sticky or did any research you would have known already that currently TrueHD has to be done in software and outputted via analog for it to work. That means PowerDVD decodes the audio and then sends to your audio card which then sends it out to your reciever.

HDMI on the PC sucks and is only DVI video + SPDIF audio (DD5.1, DTS only). You're going to have to wait for an HDMI pass through sound card if you want TrueHD + video.

Check out my above link.. HDMI passes thru that sound card for True-HD, it also has some video processing capabilities.
