Hmmm, I wonder if that includes the Verizon One since it's shipping with 4.2.2. So the rest of the One's are skipping 4.2 and going to 4.3? Sounds kinda like what Samsung is doing with the Note 2. I wonder if this it because all of the performance issues Android had in 4.2.2, like the BT issues that had and stuff?
