I just installed the card and it sounds fantastic :D but i seem to have 2 issues. it's not louder than my audigy 2 zs when i'm sure it should be, and there's a 2 second delay when i lower or raise the volume which has been annoying the hell out of me lol. here are screenshots of the settings..btw i'm using headphones

any help? thanks

Try using the latest drivers off their website, you're main settings section looks a bit different than mine. I'm assuming you're using vista.

Also, what programs is it quieter in, or is it everything?

Can you turn all the 3d stuff off for a bit and see if just regular stereo without the post processing 3d effects is normal? Sometimes the dolby digital/dts fake stuff will do that.

Also, you can email ht omega, they are really helpful and know their drivers, just fyi.

Everything is off...it's a little louder and cleaner now but the volume delay is still here..i'll besure to contact ht omega..thanks for the help.

Whats the delay in exactly? If its your mic, audio has a delay from receiving and outputting just fyi.

i don't use a mic..it's when i watch movies or listen to music..when i lower or raise it it takes 1-2 seconds for it to adjust..

are you sure those drivers are from ht omega's site? just because that logo in the top left corner that says something and 3D, i have the same logo when i downloaded my drivers from c-media(also the ones that vista automatically detected) but not when i uninstalled them and downloaded the drivers from turtle beach.
