Ok,
I have an aging Artic Cooling Freezer 64 cooling my Phenom II x2 550BE that I would like to replace since if I unlock all 4 cores it is struggling to keep it what I consider cool enough (approaching 60 degrees C). What is a decent yet inexpensive HSF that will fit on a Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H motherboard? Currently, I only have 4GB RAM but I am looking to change that soon (as long as my fiance doesn't find out). I mostly care about keeping the processor cool at stock speeds (3.1GHz) with all 4 cores running and possibly mild overclocking.
 
I hav e a vigor monsoon III that you could acquire for $45 shipped obo.

Its a dual 120 fan cooler.

I bought it for a new socket1156 build but ended up with an extra cooler.

It is in box with evereything.
