I'm looking for some help to choose a better HSF. I currently have an Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro, but I'm unhappy with the performance when I attempt to OC. I want to col my 1055T well enough to keep my 3.85Ghz OC cool, or look to go higher. I'd also like to keep the price less than $75.

Suggestions? Thanks

An H50 onsale, or a SunBeam Core Contact Freezer(or Coolermaster Hypter 212+), which is on sale often for $25(same with the Hyper 212+)...

H50 all day long! That's the best you can do without going full blown water cooling or some other extreme cooling. In my opinion anyways.

an H50 in a push-pull config will give you great temps with that overclock.

I can pick up a 212 plus for $23 from my local microcenter. Would temps be improved over my current hsf?

I would not OC without the proper HS. my 2c. You have a good overclock now and you would like to go higher. You may find yourself needing the Noctua NH-D14 or a Thermalright Venoumous X.

What are your current temps?
