Yeah, as the title says. It's the stock one that came with the AMD 3200+, should I just replace it? When not doing anything on the PC it still does it. Temp of the CPU averages around 36c, and only goes up to 45c when gaming.
 
I used a 92mm vantec tornado running wide open on a thermalright sp-94 for over 18 months so it wouldn't be loud for me unless it's making it's dieing groan
