Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Gents, getting an Asus F1A75-M Pro (micro-ATX) and an A8 3850 for HTPC use, in a Micro ATX case (Antec Fusion). I need a quiet fan that will fit the form factor. What would you recommend?
Top choices in order (my opinion of course):
1. Scythe Shuriken or Big Shuriken
2. Scythe Kozuti
3. Zalman CNPS-8000A
4. Thermalright AXP-140 (maybe overkill and maybe too tall with fan on it)
5. Silverstone NT01 (may not be optimal with the fan layout in that case)
Also, which Antec Fusion is it? The micro fusion, regular Fusion, or the Fusion Max? If its the micro fusion, I would only recommend the Scythe Kozuti or the Zalman CNPS-800A.
Kozuti should be able to fit anything. Big Shuriken is notorious for blocking some DIMM slots. And might as well getting a full tower heatsink if you are getting AXP-1400...
The Llano runs so cool you dont need a huge heatsink, just find a quiet fan. I did my review using an old Arctic cooling Freezer 64 pro. Very quiet and kept the chip plenty cool.
