HSF exhausting from HS? good idea?

Ok, my PSU has one fan blowing out the back of PSU itself, and another inside the case sucking air up. The air it is sucking up is literally right above the HSF. Also the exhaust fan is a 90mm which is also exhausting out the back of the case (obvious). Now I'm wondering if the two which are literally right next to the HSF which is trying to intake (blow air onto HS) would this cause a airflow issue? I was thinking about having all three exhaust (the CPU pulling air away from HS, which would hopefully get exhausted by the two other exhaust fans. I would then remove the top of the case to have any "hot air" released. If it came down to it id throw a little rig together with one of those window fans to pull even more air from the case.

Here's a pic to kinda show what i mean better, I took the side off so you could see without a reflection.

Thanks for your help guys.

A lot of people have their setup this way, I don't, because my PSU has it's intake fan on the rear panel, not the bottom panel. You shouldn't be having problems -- that bottom intake fan shouldn't be very strong, and should be removing heat from the area, and not starving the CPU fan.

Do clean out your rig and enjoy lower temperatures!

I'm actually surprised the camera stopped the motion. I haven't had my computer off in ages so I cant even see there's dust on the fans. I'll definately start spraying some air around in there though!

Also, the PSU has two fans in it. The exhaust going out the back, plus the one pulling in from the case.

Would swapping the HSF (to exhaust) raise/lower temperatures at all, in a normal situation?

it might, depends on the setup. You shoulrd measure idle/load temps with it blowing onto the HS, then have the fan blow air away from it and measure the temps again. Keep whichever configuration has better temps.
