I can't remember where I got my SLK 800U. You need 4 mounting holes on your mother board to use it, though. Try doing a search for 'SLK 800U' at http://www.pricewatch.com to find a good deal on one. I put a Smart Fan II on mine, but you can use a delta if you want. SLK 800U is pure copper.

Edit: I can remember misspelling overclocking, and getting overcocking. :p English is a hard language, even for those of us who speak it already. ;)
 
I would go with the Thermalright 900A if you have an AMD system or the SP-47 if you have an Intel system. As far as LED fans go Cooler Master makes some very nice 80mm ones. I have three of them and they are very bright, very quite and push a decent amount of air (they are definitely better than the antec fan I bought at Best Buy).
