Looking for an HSF for a Silverstone LC19b can be no taller than 37mm.
 
I think it'd be better to know what processor this is going on? The NH-L9i is really only good for up to 65 watt tdp.
 
I don't think any 77w or 95w processor is going to fit in that case ;)
 
Havent decided yet, but probably an underclocked ivy bridge 3225

with that you'll probably be hard pressed to crack 50w at full bore (depending on your undervolting, and W=c&#957;V²), so you'd be fine with whichever of the above mentioned hsf's you prefer aesthetically ;)
 
Yup you'll be just fine using that processor with pretty much any aftermarket lp hsf.
 
Just the kind of info I wanted to know. Let me know which one you go with and how loud it is. Im gonna probably switch out the stock cooler in my htpc as well.

FWIW, I use the gelid sink on my i3-2100 htpc (in a M350 mounted on the back of the TV) and never hear a peep out of it.
