HP XW9300 fan noise

I have an hpxw9300 workstation and the fan in the back (not the power supply) sounds like a damn train. It gets worse the hotter it is obviously. What can I do? Its a pretty big 4 pin fan

35 bucks though..but im sure its a Temprature Controlled Fan.

or just use Part No. 356106-002 to find one on the web..saw some for 24 bucks

anyways..yeah..I would replace it..its not supposed to sound like a train..but you know this..rite?

I was hoping to replace it with a quieter fan, not the same one. I think it is a temperature controlled fan. I think thats what the 4th pin is for, but I may be wrong. Can you recommend a 120mm quite fan?

The fan almost hums... it is so annoying!

So a simple vacuuming of the front of my case and cpu fans fixed the problem...I dont know why I didn't think of that
