can someone please help me out here.

i recently changed my video card to a geforce 8600 (gse86gt i believe) and i need to change my power supply because my computer is not powering up my monitor, keyboard, nor anything else. can someone PLEASE recommend me a power supply that will work with my current video card and possible tutorial on how to change the power supply. thanks !
