Hp Psc 1315

Hi! I am having trouble with my HP pcs 1315. It says If you have just installed a new print cartridge it is recommended that you align it. Click on "Align" to align your new print cartridge. I aligned it and followed these steps:Make sure plain white paper is loaded into the HP PSC before you print the alignment page. After the page prints, do not write on the page. Place the sheet face down on the glass. Make sure the page is lined up with the arrow on the left side of the HP PSC. Do not remove the alignment page until the On button stops blinking.After alignment is complete, discard or recycle the alignment page. I follow all those steps but when I turn the printer on again it says the same thing so I followed the instructions twice but it still keeps on doing it. I just don't know
what to do. Help!

and i try remove and plac the cartridge back... no use too...
