HP Photosmart 7660 problem

sorry if i have posted a question in the wrong forum but this is my first time posting :)
My question is about a Hp Photosmart 7660 printer. The printer will not turn on and the power led will start to blink red. The carriage in the printer is stuck and i cannot get the ink cartridges out of the printer. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this problem I would appreciate it! :D
