Just got ahold of one of these (HP LP2000R) and I'm not to familiar with running a server. It has Windows 2000NT installed but I would like to upgrade it. I am aware of Windows Server 2003 but was wondering can this be run with xp / xp pro? I can post all of it's specs if necessary.

Server 2003 was designed to work with XP ;)

If you have the moola, you can wait for Server Longhorn and give it a shot.
