I have narrowed my search for a new screen down to these two options. Money no object. I have basically ruled out Dell because of the input lag issues with all their screens. I need at least 2 DVI inputs, lowest possible lag, and best possible pixel response. I would prefer the 30" but if the DS screen will perform better than I would sacrifice the 4 inches.

So.... ????

*** EDIT ***

I would just like to add that I would really appreciate the reasons why you chose the particular screen, and if you have any experience with them.

I use the 3065 everyday. It's an excellent monitor. No noticeable lag. No dead pixels. Great screen quality, especially after calibration. And if you need more than 1 DVI this has monitor has three. I don't know much about the Doublesight, but I can certainly vouch for the quality of the 3065. No regrets with my purchase.

Thanks for the posts. Please keep the comments coming. I read that Doublehead was bringing out a new 26" to replace this screen. ( DS-265N???)Wonder if it will be the same quality.

Doublesight is also bringing a 30 incher as well. You may want to check that out.

What are the prices on these two? Money is always an object with me.

I have the lp3065, it's a great monitor. I can't compare it to your other choice though. The HP has a good warranty, so you can return it until they get it right. I bought mine used and it had one stuck pixel. I just said that the uniformity of the back lighting was off and it also had a stuck pixel and they next dayed me a new one.

For a better review than I could give, check out anandtech's review.
