HP LP2475w Problems

Hello, recently I bought a Refurbished Hp LP2475W monitor. I have some questions about it.
1) I can hear a buzzing noise in the back of the monitor, and it gets really hot at the top of it.
2) The monitor has 1 red stuck pixel (with white background). With blue background, the same pixel is blue and with black background it disappears. Can I do something to repair it?

I bought it for 190 Euro. It's a good price for an refurbished HP LP2475W with this problems? Thanks
