Think about getting this printer. I've read a couple of revews, they were both pretty positive.

Anyone have suggestions?

As I'm sure someone will call me biased, we have a few people that have them on their desk. I don't know how to say a laserprinter is awesome and what not, but it's not something anyone thinks about. They just seem to work and work well. The output is nice, and they are relatively quiet compared to other desktop Laser printers. If you get a good price on one, it's a nice little printer. I'd want something better if it was going to be shared by a group of people, but for home use, it's perfect.

Yeah it's for personal use. All I need is something for printing off school papers and packing slips for stuff I sell on ebay.

I chose a laser printer, b/c the cost per page is much less than inkjet.

Another vote positive vote! I got the HP LaserJet 1200, First, i can get the toner for 45 bucks, second, so far in a year and a half ive printed something like 2000 pages, (printer status page has a counter on it) and im still on the orginal in the box toner cartdrige. If you do alot of black and white printing, Laser is the best bet. a little expensive up front, but saves so much $$ in the long run

Those aren't HP toner cratridges, but toner 'refill' kits.
I didn't look at them, but I thought that seemed kinda low.

Are they any good?
