Ok..
This question applies, for me at least, to Windows XP Pro, SP2 & Vista Ultimate.
Is there any way to set that a specific process, say, for example, nero.exe has affinity for cpu3 [4th core on my qx6700] and is priority "BelowNormal" - PERMANENTLY?
I'm using nero as an example, because during burns, I can check the priority setting, and it'll jump from "normal" to "High" at various times.
Is there a way to limit processing power, to a specific app, without having to uncheck 3 cores every single damn time I run the thing?
