Hows that sound for a good budget gaming rig? Best i can do for now.

It is a decent budget gaming rig, the new card will help quite a bit.

When you get a chance to, I would upgrade to a 2500 barton. You will see a notable performance increase with the 512 lvl 2 cache over the 256 in the Northwood core.

You might want to look at an Abit NF7-S rev 2 or a DFI Infinity with that 2500+ though, rather than the MSI board. They both seem to be getting the best results for overclocking those things. (I'm using an NF7 right now, actually).

And, you also might want to take a look at the mobile bartons. They come multiplier unlocked, and at a much lower stock voltage. I have my mobile 2500+ (stock 1.83 GHz) running at 2.65 GHz right now on water. It ran at about 2.4GHz or so on air.

That looks pretty solid to me. Nothing to flashy, just good performance. I like MSI and OCZ. No problems from mine. I got some bad sticks from OCz once, but they fixed that...so I like them again.
