After reading the horrid review on the 750w Ultra....

I purchased this about 6 months ago and it hasn't been anything less than perfect.

e8400, 4gb corsair, MSI Neo-2, MSI 2600XT and I will be overclocking.

I'm a little confused. You want our thoughts on a PSU you've had for six months and has been perfect for you?
 
Should be plenty of power, especially since you aren't running multiple video cards. How many hard drives?
