I have a SLK947U with about 6-7 fans in my case

Do you guys think i could push this more or what?
 
I have the same processor with 512 Xhyper 3500 ram kit, can this be done on my ASUS P4C800-E DELUX mainboard?
 
mine runs at 3.3ghz on default voltage. 1.65 seems kinda high for 3.0, is that what it takes to get it stable?
 
i used to run my at 3.0 or 3.3 at stock voltages with a Tt Spark 5+ id say turn those volts down.
 
Is there a reason its so high, It automatically did that i set it like at 1.585 or something similar to that
