So, I've been putting together a new SFF build. I really needed to upgrade. I'm working off of a Shuttle SN25P with an Opteron 165, a Radeon X800XL 1GB Geil ram, and two Seagate cuda 9 250gb hdd's in a raid 0.

This is my new build in progress (paycheck to paycheck)

-Lian Li V350B have
-Asus P5E-VM HDMI have
-Intel E8400 have
-4GB OCZ Titanium XTC have (I see there may be an issue with the mobo, I'll just manually set voltage if I have to)
-Auzentech X-Fi Prelude dont't have yet
-Asus 8800GT (521mb with the nice aftermarket cooler) don't have yet
-Corsair HX620 modular PS don't have yet
-WD SE16 500GB HDD don't have

All using Vista HP X64

How's it look? Anything I need to change? Anything to add?

looks good. I have the case and the MB and I´m happy with them (the v350 is the best case i ever had). Do you think you need so much power? 620W seems to be very much for your setup even so the Corsair PSU is quiet and has a good quality. Rest looks good.
 
the only thing I would really consider is just get an 8800GTS G92 instead of the GT and the aftermarket cooler.

Should be roughly the same amount of money and you won't have to worry about accidentally borking your video card installing the cooler.

I will probably get the 620 watt PS, just because its more future proof than the 520 watt corsair. Thats one thing I don't want to have to upgrade for awhile.

I just looked at prices for the 8800GTS, and it wouldn't be a whole lot more money ($309 vs $259), so I may consider the GTS, but will it fit in the case and still allow me the use of my PCI slot for the sound card?
 
Its a dual slot cooler, which would likely be the case for any aftermarket cooler you put on an 8800gt.

The board you have has the room to allow what you need to do.
