Hey all,
For a Christmas gift in 2005, I got my first LCD monitor, due to needing space desperately on my desk. The monitor I got was a 17" Hyvision, with an 8ms response time and a 500:1 contrast ratio (although it said 400:1 on the box :/ ), for $200, which was a steal at the time. When I picked out the monitor, I really didn't know much about LCD's, judging my pick on Newegg reviews.
Well, I decided to test how good my monitor actually is, I downloaded the highly popular program "PixPerAn", and took the screenshots of the person in the car saying " I need more socks". This is what it came up with...
Now, I really doubt that this is 8ms... what do you guys think it is? 16? 24?
Or did something go wrong in the program? Any other programs I can test my lcd with?
Thanks!
