How well will my CABYE overclock

as the title says... how well will my cabye overclock
This is an opteron 148 CABYE 0540FPBW. How well will it overclock with the IHS on and a zalman 9500 with AS5? Using Gskill xtreme memmory 2 gigs *(tccd i think) on evga free mobo. Let me know your best guess and what i could do to max/ be the best settings... closest one will receive a prize

Well My 146 CABYE FPAW was able to hit 3.1 to 3.2 on water cooling. Looks like phase should be 3.6ghz. With knowing what mine does and your stepping i belive on air it will do 3.0 ghz

i cant even get intwo windows with my 146 of the same stepping.... maybe its my board though because even vmodded i can still only get 1.57v. I can do 2.9 at 1.47 but at 1.57 i can only do 2.95

Pretty sure CABYE + 0540 means its equal or better to those CABNEs... I have a 146 CABYE 0540 hit 2.75 and didnt want to replace my bios to attempt any higher.

And yes, its at stock voltage

Im waiting for my new case fans b4 I go higher than 2.4. Its hungry for voltage too, running @ 1.45v atm(maybe could run on less but im not bothered about it)
Got it for $150 though
