Oh. My. God. This is not some kind of joke, this is an actual, real video made to help seniors learn how to use a computer. The voice on the video comparing a computer to a supermarket “claw” game is just priceless. Thanks to [H] reader Henry T. for the link (spotted at Gizmodo).
 
Thanks, I can use this to find how to mail my grandson using that thingy on the computer wall.

Dial-up Internet. MY EYES ARE BURNING!!!!
Seriously, it's Cable/DSL/Wireless OR NOTHING. I would not even consider dialup as a last resort. I would rather be on a deserted island with no one but me, my friend Wilson and a crew of dead people from the airplane I was traveling on.
I would rather hang out with them than suffer through Dial-up Internet.

When I saw the title "Surfing for Seniors" I was like whoa a cougar matchmaking website!
 
"Welcome to Surfing for Seniors" with keyboard playing in the background...creeped me out for a second. I though itmight be a guide to picking up seniors on the interweb.

Ditto. I loved the cases and stuff with the crazy rippled plastic. Believe it or not, I still have that mouse somewhere, it was actually pretty comfortable...

Thank god for that video. I was using a real mouse the whole time, and was quite tired of feeding it constantly.
 
Check out the part towards the end when she is picking up the paper from the printer. Does she look extremely tall to anyone else?

Ok, I'll state it like this then. I would rather listen to Paris Hilton yammer on about her pet dog all day and all night while Tom Green is juggling in the background with Pauly Shore doing his Weasel thing than have a dial-up connection.
I could at least tolerate that.
