How to upgrade the Intel Matrix Storage Manager...

I have an ASUS Commando motherboard. On boot, I ctrl-I into the The Intel Matrix Storage Manager (IMSM) on the motherboard's ROM, the version is 6.0.1, but I want to upgrade this to the newest 6.1.2 version. How do I upgrade it so that I can recreate the raid volumes using the newer version?
