How to uninstall driver with separate OS

Hi, I am having problem with my main vista64 OS. It seems there are problems with the display driver. Now I can't even enter safe mode. Each time I boot it (normal or safe or every other option with F8) it either hangs at black screen after loading bar or BSOD. I am dual booting Win 7 64 and have access to the Vista OS drive.

Any idea how I could make it functional again?
