how to transfer data from one hdd to another

okay, so its kinda complicated...

i have a 200gb sata which i use right now. its about 150gb full and i want to keep everything on it. i also have 2 320gb satas which i just ordered but i can only keep 1 of the 3 for my computer. i basically built a new computer and i want to transfer the data on my 200gb ot one of the 320s.....

okay, that being said. i am going from a 64 3200+ to an x2 4400+ so i cant just put my 200gb into my new computer cause its an x2 blah blah.

sooo...

whats the best way to get the info on the 200 to the 320?

any/all suggestions are welcome ESPECIALLY if you can make sense of this post .

New install of Windows to 320GB, then connect 200GB as well and xfer data, use for a few days to be sure nothing is odd. Fixt.

if your just changing to a new Drive I would use Ghost. to transfer from on to the other.
that way plug and play,.
