How to shut up a HDD

I've got 3 drives in my system totaling a 1400 GB, one of them is a raptor, after few months of eliminating the noise in my system I come to the last troublemaker, my hdd's, anybody got an idea of how to shut em up without increasing heat or losing much airflow? My case is a CMStacker.
