How to run quad channel Gigabyte X399 Aorus Xtreme?

Cpuz is saying channel # is dual. But I just populated my four dimms just like the manual said. http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList...eme_1001_e.pdf
Is this not correct? Maybe I'm misunderstanding the manual. I'm trying to run dynamic local mode but I was told it only works in quad channel memory.

I've tried running in the unpopulated slots of the pic but then I get an error 16 and it won't post.

Check your bios settings and maybe a different pce of software like HWinfo64 to see if CPU-Z is not bugged.

HWInfo does say quad channel. Any reason why I can't turn on Dynamic Local Mode then?
