how to overclock using my INTEL D865PERL based system

I recently bought a P4 3.2 GHz computer, 1 GB of pc 3200 ram , ASUS NVIDIA GEFORCE 5900 ULTRA 256 MB. When i went into my updated BIOS i didnt see any FSB overclocking settings or Voltage control? wht is the best way now to overclock this motherboard?

I will post more information about what sort of over clocking options are given to me, a little bit later. The overclocking options that are available come in the form of BURN-IN mode which i dont really know and changing ram frequency (i think). i will keep updated to give more information about what is available.

Or I see the IC7-G going for $134 shipped on some sites, zipzoomfly I think...
