I have an Abit IB9 Board and 2GB of OCZ ram (5,5,5,15) I looked for a automatic utility to do this but could not find one.

I am an absolute beginner when it comes to OC'ing. Can someone find it in their heart to walk me along this?
 
You have to overclock in bios. Search for core 2 duo or conroe overclocking. There's ALOT of guides on this.
