How To Overclock Further ?

I have an Athlon64 3000+ with a Venus 12 cooler, 1024mb corsair DDR400 PC3200, Gigabyte GA-K8NS Pro, and a Radeon 9600XT (yeh, I know it lets the rest down lol). I'm overclocking my processor at the moment (through gigabyte easytune 4) at 10x240 with 1.550 volts, if I raise the system bus anymore the computer crashes - the same happens when I try raising the system bus with 1.6 volts running through the mobo.

Anybody know how I could get some more speed out of my processor ? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Watercooling isn't really an option, but why is it an issue when my system is already running at a very cool temp. ?

As for overclocking through the bios, if I increase my system bus to 250 (the speed it was crashing at before) should I increase my voltage from 1.550 or is that okay ?

well u never gave us the temps so we didnt know if they were high or not

as for bios overclocking, if its not stable up the voltage a little

Never up the voltage unless it's unstable, it's a bad idea to just raise the voltage without knownig if you have to or not. Use Prime95 to test for stability (http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm), make all changes via BIOS, and forget watercooling unless temps are high. By the way, what ARE system temps (under full 100% load for at least 5 minutes)?

edit: What speed is your memory at? Try setting your mem. divider to 3:2 (FSB:RAM) to clock down the ram as much as possible, then try again.
